I guarantee the puppy to be free of genetic defects that
make the puppy not suitable for the purpose of a "family pet" until the puppy reaches one year of age. The buyer should
understand that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not
covered:
Umbilical hernia
Undescended testicle
Under or Over bite
Grade 1 or 2 luxating patella's
Cherry Eye
Buyer understands that the refund option is only valid when health problems are attributed
to a hereditary problem and not due to accident or contagious and/or other illness.
I cannot guarantee the weight or color of your puppy. Buyer understands
that any and all guarantees expire one year from the date of purchase. If your puppy has a congenital defect
found by your vet, you will return the pup to me at your expense with the registration paper. You must obtain a
written statement from your vet on office stationary, signed by your vet, stating health risk and include a description of
the symptoms supporting their opinion to validate this guarantee. I will not be responsible for any vet bills.
This guarantee comes into effect when the puppy is accepted by the buyer.
I will not sell a puppy to anyone that is not planning on housebreaking
and keeping the puppy inside the house for a constant companion. If you don't want the puppy to be raised
inside of your home, please contact another breeder.
I reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy to any individual I feel
does not "qualify".....
I do ship my puppies. I decide how old the pup need's to be before he/she
will be shipped. Usually it's 9 week's of age. The pup's that are more on the delicate side will stay an additional
week or two past 9 week's, or possibly longer...depending on the puppy.
Shipping is usually $250 depending on the airlines rates at the time... and
this includes airfare, shipping crate, vet check and health certificate. A shot record and a small bag of food will
accompany the puppy.
